Something miraculous is happening. Human evolution is undergoing a profound shift in our understanding of a universal consciousness which we can all access and influence. This has been going on for years, however like so many other truths, it is at first ridiculed and eventually, with enough evidence, it is accepted as truth.
I am so passionate about the wonders of this amazing Universe and as many of you know, I have a very, very strong belief in the power of our minds to co-create our reality. And I’m not alone. A number of scientists, physicists and neuroscientists share this belief.
“Consciousness comes first; it is the ground of all being Everything else,
including matter, is a possibility of consciousness. And consciousness chooses
out of these possibilities all the events we experience.” —- Amit Goswamo
The idea of a conscious universe goes way beyond just having a positive attitude. Yes, a positive attitude is essential to living a life filled with more happiness and less stress. Even more so, is breaking down your hardwired beliefs.
People prove that every day. The man or woman who lives a healthy life into their 90’s — who smoke and drink and eat sugar (when Willard Scott did his daily 100th + birthday salutes on the Today show, testimony to this was frequent). If booze and cigarettes and sugar, if all those things are bad for you, well why wasn’t it bad for them? If you say well, they have strong genetics, okay, well what if your beliefs are more powerful than your genes?
Here’s how thoughts affect your health: Every thought you think is accompanied by biochemical signals that move throughout your body. Serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine are neurotransmitters that affect all areas of your body, and their production is based on what you think and feel.
Stressful thoughts filled with anger, fear, or sadness increase stress-hormone levels in your body, which ultimately leads to cellular inflammation – the root cause of osteoporosis, depression, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and cancer.
Many scientists are changing their perceptions about the “psychic sciences.” As an example, in an article by Dr. Mario Beauregard, an internationally renowned neuroscientist, Dr Beauregard said this:
“Our thoughts and emotions have the power to influence our genes and control our brain and body, showing that the mind is not reducible to physical processes and has interconnectedness with others and access to information from the past and future.”
And if you’ve just had the thought: “Well Michele, you’re choosing to believe what supports YOUR beliefs and dismiss other ideas that are in opposition.” Yes, yes that’s exactly what I’m saying, because isn’t that what we all do? In my world I choose to search out the most self-empowering, psychological, spiritual and physiological evidence I can find. So far, it’s working out pretty well for me.
One more thing I would like to point out: Although I do believe in a conscious universe – an energetic matrix that we are all intrinsically connected to- I also believe that there is of course, so much that we don’t know, nor understand… and may never know… with our mortal minds.
I don’t profess to believe that when you embrace any of the ideas or programs that I present, that will give you a ticket to “nirvana-land” where you can get everything you want and nothing challenging ever happens to you. However, that does not negate the fact that we have more power than we currently imagine influencing our physical reality.
Take a walk on the wild side and consider how your life might change if you gave more attention and energy to your positive thoughts and imagination.
Live Miraculously.
Michele
